NFL Week 4 Picks and Predictions

The NFC East is bunched up and topsy-turvy with the Eagles in last-place and the other three teams, including the previously-hapless Redskins, at 2-1.  The Jets and Patriots both ran up against two of the most surprising teams so far this season in losses on the road to Oakland and Buffalo, respectively.  The Patriots play at Oakland this week and both (!) teams have already lost to Buffalo this season.  What has gotten into the Buffalo Bills and can their run continue at Cincinnati this week.  Read on to find out.
